Conditions for change of mind.
Change of mind returns do not apply to purchases paid with Afterpay or ZipMoney. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you do have a change of mind please fill in the below form with the reason for return as - Change of Mind.
Once your return has been approved and received you will then receive a store credit / gift voucher for the amount of the item paid. (Does not include postage costs)
If you receive a product that is broken in transit, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order. Please fill in the below form with reason of return as Damaged in Transit. We will then contact you with further instructions.
If your product becomes faulty, please fill in the below form. You will then be provided with an RMA number to mark clearly on the outside of the packaged item.
